TASTE: From the characteristic dry but warm flavor, slightly spicy with hints of pepper and licorice with faintly fruity and floral notes, of medium structure, pleasant acidity, velvety and balanced.
FOOD PAIEINGS: Thanks to its organoleptic peculiarities it elegantly accompanies all first and second courses in general; it goes particularly well with appetizers of cured meats as well as boiled and grilled meats and tasty cheeses.
