GRAPES: 100% Cabernet
COLOUR: Ruby red color (verging on garnet red with aging).
BOUQUET: Characteristic and pleasant, ethereal, herbaceous notes, and dark berries aroma enhance this Cabernet.
TASTE: Soft and velvety body, dry and full flavour, and good sourness, tannicity and persistence.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It pairs particularly good with pasta dishess, mushrooms and grilled meat.
