AREA OF PRODUCTION: The Cabernet produced in the Veneto region, starting from the east, is cultivated in the provinces of Venice, Treviso, Padua, Vicenza and Verona.
GRAPES: 100% Cabernet
ALCOHOL: 12% vol.
COLOR: Ruby red (tending towards garnet with aging).
BOUQUET: The characteristic and pleasant ethereal herbaceous notes and the typical scents of dark berry fruits enhance this Cabernet.
TASTE: Soft velvety body, dry, full flavor and good acidity, tannins and persistence.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It goes particularly well with pasta dishes, mushrooms and grilled meats. The soft taste with slightly verdant but good lineage hints, together with the notes of red berry fruit (wild blackberry and raspberry) make it equally recommended to accompany glazed or baked meats, game both from feather and fur, poultry noble, braised meats.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16 and 18 ° C, uncorking the bottle a few minutes before tasting.
