TYPE OF WINE: Red
AREA OF PRODUCTION: Vineyards of the Hills north-east of Verona.
GRAPES: 50% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella, 5% Cabernet
ALCOHOL: 15% vol.
COLOR: In the glass it reveals a beautiful deep red color with garnet veins, of good thickness.
BOUQUET: Characterized by an excellent perfume where both the power of alcohol and the sweetness of dried grapes emerge, as well as pleasant spicy and undergrowth fruits, with elegant leather and wood notes.
TASTE: The palate is very enveloping, full, warm and austere but also pleasant, with a long, velvety and slightly sweet finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: This fine wine obviously accompanies and prefers important dishes, red meat courses both grilled and stewed, second courses of game, but also spicy and seasoned cheeses with a strong taste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Uncork the bottle about a couple of hours before tasting, serving at the right temperature (around 18 ° C).
