GRAPES: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Cabernet
ALCOHOL: 15% vol.
COLOR: In the glass it reveals a beautiful deep red color with garnet veins, very often.
BOUQUET: Characterized by an excellent perfume where both the power of alcohol and the sweetness of dried grapes emerge, as well as pleasant spicy and undergrowth fruits, with elegant leather and wood notes.
TASTE: The palate is very enveloping, full, warm and austere but also pleasant, with a long, velvety and slightly sweet finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: This fine wine accompanies and prefers important dishes, red meat courses both grilled and stewed, second courses of game, but also spicy and seasoned cheeses with a strong taste.
